  • APAK-BSW 050 butt welding machines are designed for efficient joining of band saws, steel roll bands and steel strip.

  • A robustly designed machine body for durability in a demanding production environment, using highly precise wearfree guides, perfectly aligned welds without offset can be achieved.

  • With manual, pneumatic or hydraulic clamping systems (varies according to the machine model), perfect welding results can be obtained during the welding process without slipping the product part and with equal pressure.

  • The control unit, which is stored in a separate section to protect it from dust and damage.

  • Continuous adjustment of the precise force and applicable force for optimum welding results Automatic control of the welding process for precise repeatable welding results.
